3D printing or additive manufacturing (AM) is any of various processes for making a three-dimensional object of almost any shape from a 3D model or other electronic data source primarily through additive processes in which successive layers of material are laid down under computer control. Selective laser sintering, (SLS), Stereolithography (SLA) and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) are the most common additives manufacturing processes that RPWORLD uses to realize a project. At RPWORLD, additive manufacturing is designed for functional prototypes, complex designs, and production components.

Stereolithography (SLA or SL; also known as optical fabrication, photo-solidification, solid free-form fabrication and solid imaging) is an additive manufacturing or 3D printing technology used for producing models, prototypes, patterns, and production parts up one layer at a time by curing a photo-reactive resin with a UV laser or another similar power source.

Selective laser sintering (SLS) is an additive manufacturing technique that uses a laser as the power source to sinter powdered material (typically metal or polymer), aiming the laser automatically at points in space defined by a 3D model, binding the material together to create a solid structure. It is similar to direct metal laser sintering (DMLS).

Selective Laser Melting

Selective laser melting(SLM), is a kind of additive manufacturing, by using metal powder rapid prototyping technology, which can directly manufacture metal parts that have full density and good mechanical properties.

Why 3D Printing Service?

Faster Lead Time

Our 3D printing production time can be as fast as 1-3days.

Lower Costs

since it doesnt need to make molds then coud save a lot costs.

Suitable for Extremely Sophisticated Structures

Due to its advanced technologies 3D printing can machin every complex structures

Additive Manufacturing Materials

We use a range of commercial-grade thermoset resins, and thermoplastic and metal powders to 3D print parts that are suitable for various part applications and industries.
